Reflexology

Reflexology is the art of applying finger pressure to the ‘reflex points’ on your hands or feet that are associated with specific areas of your body.

Occasionally, during a treatment, slight discomfort may be felt. This often indicates an imbalance or blockage in the associated area of your body. If left untreated, an imbalance may affect your health and your body’s ability to fight infection.

This type of treatment does not tickle your feet but allows for relaxation to take place while your feet are being nurtured and massaged in a specific way to bring about health and wellbeing.

The work of a Reflexologist is to restore the balance allowing you to restore your health.

• Reflexology 4 treatments £100
